We would like to remind people that garbage cans and recycle bins are to be stored in the garage, not outside. The CC&Rs state “Trash, garbage, and other wastes shall be kept only in individual sanitary containers or receptacles. The containers may be placed where visible only on the day of the week that trash pickup is to occur”. Residents who leave garbage and recycling containers out after trash pick-up are subject to a $25 fine. For those who are having a hard time fittin
Don’t forget that with cold weather approaching it’s time to winterize. It’s time to turn off the sprinkler at both the timer and the valve out at the street. It’s also a good time to place an insulated cover over your outdoor faucets.
We are continuing to deal with parking issues. Please note no household should have more than two vehicles, one in the garage and one in the driveway in front of the garage. Many of the leased properties are not using their garages as primary parking for one vehicle (per CC&R 5.16) and are trying to park a car in the driveway and one on the street. Additionally, please adhere to all City parking ordinances and do not double-park cars in the driveway, blocking the sidewalk.
