We are a community of 44 houses located north of Vancouver Mall in Vancouver WA.

The houses are on NE 83rd Place and on NE 53rd Way.

We would like to welcome you to the Westfield Place community and glad you have joined our neighborhood.  We are very pleased you chose to join the community that many of us have called home for years.  Your Landlord presumably has provided you with a copy of our CC&Rs that apply to all residents within our community.  If you have not received a copy of the CC&Rs, we would direct you to the Westfield Place website and you can go to the documents tab and find a copy of our CC&Rs... continue

We would like to remind everyone, garbage cans and recycle bins are to be stored in the garage, not outside. Please read CC&Rs.

Parking is limited in our neighborhood. Please note, no household should have more than two vehicles, one in the garage and one in the driveway in front of the garage. Double parking blocking the sidewalk is prohibited.

When winter is getting close, it’s time to winterize. Turn off your sprinkler timer and the valve out at the street. It’s also a good time to place an insulated cover over your outdoor faucets.
